Project Overview

Regency Projects were engaged by a commercial client to complete rendering works on a council building in Margate, Kent.

The existing pebble dash render was failing, so it needed to be carefully hacked off before the building could be re-rendered with a high-performance anti-crack silicone top coat system.

This project required a skilled and detailed approach, particularly because the building’s walls were out and off-level. With a significant amount of bead work required, the uneven surfaces made the installation more challenging and demanded extra precision from our team.

Carried out over a combined 3–4 week period in February and April 2026, the project showcases our ability to deliver professional commercial rendering in Margate while managing complex site conditions and maintaining a high-quality finish.
